01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 1ji platform at 1ji.pro, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with the platform — browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus use, withdrawals and any communication with 1ji support.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements. 1ji reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts at its discretion where these terms are breached or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

These terms should be read alongside the 1ji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which together form the full set of policies governing your use of the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 1ji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1ji is strictly an adults-only platform. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing or accepting any bonus.
• You must not be a professional player acting in a capacity that would constitute commercial gain contrary to the platform's terms.
• You must register and use only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. 1ji may request identity verification documents at any stage and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of 1ji or its technology partners.

1ji may use age and identity verification measures to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Your Account

When you register on 1ji, you create a personal account that holds your PKR balance, game history, bonus status and VIP tier progress. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

• Keep your password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• 1ji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1ji support immediately at [email protected].
• Account balances are held in PKR. No interest is paid on account balances.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity review. 1ji will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any action is taken.
• Account closure requests can be submitted via the support team. Outstanding balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed before account closure is completed.

04 Deposits

1ji accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards and supported mobile wallets. Deposit minimums and maximums apply and are displayed at the time of transaction on the Deposit page.

• All deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Where a delay occurs due to payment provider processing times, 1ji is not liable for the delay but will investigate on your behalf if contacted.
• 1ji does not charge fees for deposits from our side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes on the 1ji platform only. They cannot be transferred to another user.
• 1ji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any point, particularly for large or frequent deposits. Account activity may be paused pending such verification.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Full details of the withdrawal process are on the Withdrawal page.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as displayed at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are subject to standard security checks. First-time withdrawals and large amounts may require identity verification before processing.
• Standard withdrawal processing times apply to Bronze and Silver tier accounts. Gold, Diamond and Elite VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal queue processing.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, real-money balance is withdrawable unless specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• 1ji reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

1ji offers various promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free bingo cards, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season and T20 cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified accounts only.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or deliberately low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal game engagement — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• 1ji reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where there has been a technical error in a promotion's setup.
• VIP cashback is an exception: weekly cashback credited as part of the VIP programme carries no wagering requirement and can be used or withdrawn immediately upon credit.

07 VIP Programme

The 1ji VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier and progress is tracked based on real-money gaming activity across fish games, slots and bingo.

• Tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefit structures for each tier are available on the VIP page and within your account dashboard.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Extended inactivity may result in a tier review. 1ji will communicate any tier adjustments to the affected account holder.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, priority withdrawals, higher limits and exclusive events — are tied to your active tier at the time the benefit is applied.
• VIP tier progress and associated benefits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 1ji reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and benefit levels at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered members in advance where practicable.

08 Games & Gameplay

1ji offers three main game categories: fish games, slot games and bingo. All games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. No previous game result influences any future result.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are available in individual game information screens.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, the hand or round in progress at the time of the interruption may be voided. 1ji will endeavour to honour game states where reliable recovery data is available.
• Game results logged on 1ji's servers are the definitive record. In any dispute between what a player recalls and what the server log shows, the server log takes precedence.
• Stakes and game limits are displayed within each game environment. It is the player's responsibility to review stake sizes before beginning a session.
• 1ji reserves the right to add, remove or modify games and game categories at any time without prior notice.

09 Fair Play Policy

1ji is committed to maintaining a fair, honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software tool to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any suspected error must be reported to support immediately and not exploited for gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraud, chargebacks, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent restrictions placed on an existing account.
• Any activity that 1ji reasonably determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.

Where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, 1ji reserves the right to void all associated game sessions, reverse all associated transactions and report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

10 Responsible Gaming

1ji takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and should always be used within your personal means and time constraints. We offer the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you spend.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel you need a break.

• 1ji will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Requests are handled in line with applicable data protection requirements.
• Marketing communications from 1ji are sent only to accounts that have opted in. You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings at any time.

12 Limitation of Liability

1ji provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available, secure and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• 1ji is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 1ji is not responsible for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures or device-level issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a gaming error, 1ji's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round, where a stake was demonstrably lost due to the error.
• 1ji does not accept liability for players who access the platform while self-excluded or for minors who access accounts in violation of their account holder's responsibility to maintain secure access.

13 Changes to These Terms

1ji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address on their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

1ji aims to acknowledge support enquiries within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 5 working days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels, the matter may be escalated to a formal review process. The outcome of that review, once communicated, is final and binding.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation. The English version takes precedence in any dispute over meaning.
