How to Use This Help Page

This FAQ covers the questions that come up most often from 1ji players in Pakistan. The platform is built specifically for the Pakistani market — all transactions are in PKR, supported payment methods are the ones most Pakistani players already use (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers), and the game selection is chosen for mobile-first users.

The questions below are organised into six topics: account and registration, deposits, withdrawals, games, VIP and bonuses, and responsible gaming. A few things worth noting upfront: 1ji is a platform for adults aged 18 and over only. All real-money play requires a verified account. There is no automatic currency conversion — the platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees. And all game outcomes are determined by random number generation; there are no guaranteed wins, and past results don't affect future ones.

Account & Registration

Account & Registration Questions

Go to /register and fill in your mobile number, email address and a password. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your identity — enter it and your account is live. The whole process takes about two minutes. Registration is free and there is no minimum deposit required to create your account.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on 1ji. Age confirmation is part of the registration process. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the platform. 1ji reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

No. One account per person is the rule on 1ji. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've accidentally created a second account, contact [email protected] immediately — the team will resolve this cleanly when it's reported proactively.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Select whether to reset via your mobile number or email, enter a verification code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to the contact detail you registered with, email [email protected] and the team will verify your identity and assist manually.

Accounts can be locked after multiple failed login attempts (as a security measure) or following unusual activity detected by the security team. A lock is not necessarily permanent. Contact [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email address and the team will explain the reason and, where appropriate, restore your access.

Contact details can be updated by emailing [email protected]. The team will verify your identity before making any changes to ensure your account security. If you've changed your mobile number and can no longer receive OTPs, email support from your registered email address to start the verification process.
Deposits & Payments

Deposit & Payment Questions

1ji supports JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, Raast instant bank transfer, standard IBFT bank transfers and debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion involved. Full details are on the Deposit page.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits typically credit instantly or within a few minutes. Standard bank transfers (IBFT) can take a few hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have a lower minimum entry point, while bank transfers may require a slightly higher minimum. The exact figures for each method are displayed on the Deposit page when you select your preferred option.

First, check whether the payment was actually deducted from your wallet or bank account. If it was deducted but is still showing as pending in your 1ji balance after the expected processing time, email [email protected] with the amount, payment method, date and time and any transaction ID from your wallet or bank. The team will investigate and resolve it.

Yes. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Withdrawals

Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your account, go to your dashboard and select the Withdrawal option. Choose your preferred payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer), enter the PKR amount and confirm. Full details including processing times and minimums are on the Withdrawal page.

Processing times depend on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers via Raast are also quick for most major Pakistani banks. Gold tier and above accounts receive priority processing. For a full breakdown, visit the Withdrawal page.

Common reasons include: the withdrawal amount being below the minimum, an active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements, incomplete account verification, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. If your withdrawal is on hold, check your email for a message from the team, or contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.

Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. The current minimums for each option are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the required amount.

Withdrawals can only be cancelled while they are still in a pending state and have not yet been sent for processing. Once a withdrawal has moved to "processing" or "completed" status, it cannot be reversed. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel a pending request.
Games

Fish Games, Slots & Bingo Questions

1ji currently offers three main game categories: Fish Games, Slot Games and Bingo. Fish games are skill-influenced shooting games where you wager PKR to catch different fish worth varying amounts. Slot games cover a wide range of themes and stake levels. Bingo offers timed sessions with a live draw format.

Fish games combine elements of skill and chance. You choose the power (and therefore the cost) of each shot and aim at fish on screen — larger and rarer fish are worth more PKR but are harder to catch. While aiming strategy plays a role, the actual outcome of each shot is determined by a random number generator, so there are no guaranteed results. The games are fast-paced and work very well on mobile.

You can browse the platform and see game options without depositing, but real-money gameplay requires a funded balance. Some game previews may be available to view before depositing. To play for actual PKR stakes, you'll need to log in and make a deposit first.

1ji Bingo runs in scheduled sessions throughout the day. You purchase cards before a session starts, and numbers are drawn at random during the session. Winning patterns are determined by your card matching the drawn numbers in the required configuration. Full rules and session times are explained on the Bingo page.

All game outcomes on 1ji are determined by certified random number generators. There are no patterns, no hot streaks and no way to predict results. Past outcomes have no influence on future ones. No gaming strategy can alter the fundamental randomness of results — all games should be played purely for entertainment within your personal budget.
VIP & Bonuses

VIP Programme & Bonus Questions

Every registered account starts at Bronze tier automatically. As you wager real PKR on any game, your tier progress builds. The five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite — each come with progressively better cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits and priority processing. There's no separate sign-up required. Cashback rates increase with each tier level, with Elite tier earning the highest cashback percentage of all five levels. The exact cashback rates per tier are detailed on the VIP page. Cashback is credited to your balance automatically and can be checked in your account dashboard.

VIP tier maintenance requirements apply — accounts that do not meet the minimum activity level over a review period may see their tier reduced. The specific maintenance criteria for each tier are explained in full on the VIP page. Cashback credits already earned are not affected by a tier review.

New registered accounts are eligible for welcome promotions. Existing players benefit from seasonal promotions tied to cricket events, PSL season, T20 tournaments and platform milestones. Available bonuses are displayed in your account dashboard once you're logged in. All bonus credits are subject to terms and wagering conditions, which are displayed before you accept any offer.

A wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement needs PKR 5,000 in total gameplay before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is shown before you activate it.
Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Questions

1ji offers deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, a reality check overlay showing your session duration and result, short-term breaks (24 hours to 30 days) and self-exclusion for extended closures of six months or more. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" from your registered email address. Your account will be closed for a minimum of six months. Marketing communications are stopped for the duration. Any withdrawable balance can be requested during the self-exclusion process. This is handled without any pressure to stay — it is a straightforward process.

Yes. Update your communication preferences in your account settings to opt out of promotional emails at any time. Accounts in an active break or self-exclusion period are automatically removed from marketing lists for the duration of the restriction. If you've opted out but are still receiving emails, contact [email protected] and the team will resolve it.

Start by reviewing your session history and total spend in your account dashboard. Set a deposit limit that brings your spending back in line with what you're comfortable with.
